Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to request a refund. If 30 days have gone by since you received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You can get eligible for a return no reason, but your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. If the item is defective or incorrect please contact us at email support@tesdaddy.com.au or Phone +61 426116868.
Returned item must be its original packaging and in a new (resalable) condition. 

Conditions of Return

  • The full name of the person who placed the order.
  • The order number.
  • Your invoice serving as evidence of purchase is required with every return.
  • Any items you have accepted and then returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please package the product securely.

Damages and issues

Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right. Tesdaddy will either repair any broken components or items or issue a refund for the purchase price based on the results of a per-order inspection.

Exchanges

Returning the item you already own and then making a new purchase for the desired item after the return has been approved is the quickest way to ensure that you get what you want.

Return Shipping And Restocking Fees

  • If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), Then you don't have to pay any return shipping fee
  • If the return is due to the customer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), Then return shipping fees are not refundable
  • If the total of the order minus the returned product(s) is less than our free shipping threshold ($150), the shipping cost of the original order will be deducted from the refund.
  • 10% restocking fee of the purchase price will be charged

Contact us by email(support@tesdaddy.com.au) and include:
a) Your order number.
b) The reasons you are requesting a refund.
c) If there is damage, include clear images of it.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the form of your original payment. Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please allow 15 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
